1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Multimedia Graphics (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 3013 82nd Ln NE Suite A3, Blaine, MN 55449, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Multimedia Graphics provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

All projects begin after a signed agreement and deposit are received. Project scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in individual project proposals.

3. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final deliverables are released. Monthly retainer services (such as ongoing SEO or PPC management) are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom-created deliverables, including website designs, logos, and graphic design files. Multimedia Graphics retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all required content, images, login credentials, and timely feedback during the project. Delays in providing requested materials may result in adjusted project timelines.

6. Revisions and Modifications

Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Major scope changes may require a revised proposal and additional fees.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Multimedia Graphics makes every effort to deliver high-quality work that meets the agreed specifications. However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or lead volumes, as these results depend on many external factors. SEO services are performed following current best practices and Google Search Central guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multimedia Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to that date. Monthly services may be canceled with 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Anoka County, Minnesota.
